Conflict with Iubenda Cookie Banner

Hi, I'm having a problem with the Iubenda cookie banner. Basically, when the Tour starts, I can't close the Iubenda banner. Could you send me a script to block the tour from starting until the Iubenda cookie banner has been closed? https://digitall.lenius.it/

URL parameters

Hi - we are trying to use the tour on pages that have parameters in the URL. We are using a button trigger. We need to preserve our internal parameters in the url, but we are finding we cannot launch a tour from a button click if our parameters exist in the URL. I've read the various topics on this subject, but we can't quite figure out what settings we should use to perserve our parameters in the URL and still allow the tour to start via button click. Thanks.

Skip step using a php function?

Hi,

I just bought the PRO version of Intro Tour, congratulations for your excellent work!

Our site includes a private area restricted to members only (connected guests).

Depending on different rights (managed with ACF), these members can have access OR NOT to specific pages. We use some php code/functions to verify the user rights and give access or not to related menus/pages.

I’ve build a tour of the private area, dedicated to members. This tour includes all pages of this private area.

It works well with members who have access to all pages. But for users who don’t have access to some pages of this tour, when Intro Tour tries to reach this unaccessible page, it come back to the beginning: they can not complete the tour.

So here is my question: is there any “hack” which would allow us to use our php code to skip or not a step in Intro Tour?

Run tour with a menu entry

As a second trigger, I would like to allow the user to run a tour with an entry of a dropdown menu. I don't find the way to do so in the second trigger parameters... Is it possible?

Issue with classic editor

Hello,
I am encountering an issue with the Classic Editor and the Intro Tour plugin.
When my users publish a new post/page, the "Post published. View post" message no longer appears. It does show up if I disable the plugin or if I install Intro Tour version 5.4.2.
Any idea what the problem might be?

Unable to add text in my steps

Hello everyone,

I just bought the plug in intro tour tutorial and I have a problem to add text in the stages of my intro tour.

When I click on adding text, the text editing window opens correctly and I can write, however, at the time of clicking on the "confirm" button, nothing happens.

I already tried to wait, click several times, reinstall the plug-in and install an old version. Nothing worked...

Step content is hidden behind page content on mobile

When viewing one of the steps in my tour, on mobile, a majority of the content is hidden behind the page content. If the visitors scrolls up (not down), then the full step becomes visible.

In the attached screenshot, I circled the portion of the step that is visible (at the top) and the content that it is supposed to highlight. I tried all the possible target selectors for this content, and there was no difference in the result.

I'm using version 6.6.1.

Last Step Bullet is Misaligned

I have 7 steps in my tour. The bullet for the last step in my tour is misaligned (top padding/margin or not centered with the rest of the bullets it appears). I removed the last step (step 7), to where I only had 6 steps in the tour, and the bullet for the final step remains misaligned.

Hi there, I'm having an issue with wanting to proceed with the next step on a user interaction. My example is that when the user clicks on the shop button the sidebar appears. I'm not able to guide the user to the next action in the sidebar if it does not appear. How do I trigger the click of the button and for the next step?
