[Solved] Plugin doesn't work as expected

After latest update - 4.4 - my old tours are not working and creating new tours doesn't work. When I create a new tour the entire page is grayed out and I can't select any elements. This all worked before the update. I can you released 4.5 of the free version yesterday.

Sorry for inconveniences. Can you rollback to previous version and check if problem persist? I just sent 4.3.2 on your email.

It's the same thing as my old tour. It still doesn't work. I do work on other pages though. The last time I can 100% confirm it worked was one month ago. It only runs on one page, so not used often. Deleting the tour and creating a new one don't work for this page.

Also did a test on the free plugin, but that gave me an error 500 when I tried to create a new tour.

Hi Henrik, 

Since I am unable to replicate this issue in a local test environment or any test installations, I would like to request temporary administrative access to WordPress dashboard in a private message to support@deeppresentation.com to try to diagnose the issue. If a production environment is not possible for security reasons, can you please provide WordPress admin access to some staging environment where issue with Intro Tour Tutorial Plugin occurs?

Unfortunately, we can't provide external access at the moment. It seems to be a jquery document uploader that somehow conflicts, however I can't see any obvious reason. I will continue troubleshooting, if I can't find any reason I will just use intro.js or shepard for this page.

Even when you can't provide external access we can still try to help, just it will be much slower. Can you share a print screens of developer console in browser, when issues, that you mentioned, occurs. (How to get to dev. console https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/#:~:text=To%20open%20the%20developer%20console,(on%20Windows%2FLinux).)

I have parked it for a while, while I update the interface to BS5. Also reviewing the javascript in that process for what could conflict.

Hi

Has anyone checked the highlight in firefox, pc or mobile. everything that is highlighted becomes completely white the text or images are replaced white  space, the problem is only on firefox

Know what else isn't working? I can't find ANY link to Post a new topic in this support section! 🙁 I've tried to directly contact support a few times since I bought the plugin, but no responses.

I purchased the plugin on 5/18.

I configured a Tour with my browser. Then, I had two others test it out. The tour was sporadic with jumping from slide 1 to the very last slide... Or slide 1, then slide 2, then slide 10 and the rest.

I sent a few inquiries on this to support through the contact form. No replies.

 

Anyone out there? 🙂

Please go to global plugin options and lower the Z-Index base (ADVANCED). You can set the value to 16777200. See attached image.

I have already communicated with you about this part through our Facebook page. I will answer your second Facebook question tomorrow. Just sharing here for others.
