I installed the plugin, created a tour and saved it. On the back-end from the admin menu, when I click on the newly created tour to edit, the tour never loads to the edit screen.

Hi Travis,

sorry to hear, that you have a troubles with back-end of our plugin. We are here to find an issue and fix it.

However we could't replicate an issue on any of our installation so we'd like to ask you for cooperation. Would you mind to replicate it and open developer console ... you can do it by right click at any place of page and inspect element and switch to console tab ... and send us console screenshot please?

Did you create a tour from back-end or front-end?

Does it happen for each tour every time, or is it happening just sometimes?

Have a nice day

Tomas

@admin

I created the tour from the front end, and when I attempt to create a tour from the back end I get the loading screen continuous. Attached is the console screenshot.

Hi Travis,

It seems to be some conflict with some page performance plugin. We tried to make our plugin to be resilient against it, but as we can’t replicate an issue, we can’t be sure about it. So we kindly ask you to follow next steps:

  1. Install an “test” update of our plugin. You can download it from mail we just sent to you. If it is not delivered, please contact us.
  2. If update doesn’t work, please turn off all not critical necessary plugins and try open tour edit page one more time
    1. If it works after disabling plugins, please let us know which plugin you deactivated ... and try to find out which one creates a conflict by gradually switching the plugins you deactivated in the previous step.
    2. If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll take a closer look at the issue

Have a nice day

Tomas
