Hi - my intro tours are always showing every time I log out and then login. I have already set the trigger to 1 login only, see attached. I don't clear my cookies everytime I logout. Please help - what else should I configure?

Hi sorry for late answer. I'm out of the office these days. Do you use some database cache ... like redish cache?

I'll check it in few days and let you know.

I don't use any caching plugin at all. Any help would be appreciated...

Hi Jess,

You had very old version of plugin installed (and not activated so updates was not enabled). So I activated and updated and it seems to work now.
